Build A Soccer Squad uses the 4-3-3 formation as its only active layout. The 11 slots are GK, LB, LCB, RCB, RB, LCM, CCM, RCM, LW, ST, and RW. Positional match bonuses and nation-era link bonuses are the main OVR drivers.
